Delete your Wawa account
This portal deletes Wawa Identity records only. It works without installing the app, but does not erase the separate Wawa travel, chat or public-feed service. To delete data in those services too, use the account deletion controls in the Wawa web app or Android/iOS app before proceeding here. The complete app flow immediately erases Wawa data; Identity’s grace period cannot restore it.
Your Identity login/profile, birthday and address details, private Passport and stamps, published routes, profile photos and stored photo versions. This portal does not request Wawa cloud-trip, chat, public-post or comment erasure. Device-only guest data on devices you do not use for this request is not remotely accessible to Wawa and must be cleared on that device.
Sign in to verify ownership. After sign-in, you will still need to press a separate permanent-delete button. Access to your Identity profile and private Passport is blocked immediately. Identity removal starts after a 30-day grace period; the authenticated Identity cancellation endpoint can cancel the request before then. Cancelling cannot restore any Wawa cloud data already erased. After the grace period, Identity deletion cannot be undone and processing normally completes within 24 hours.
